This template was implemented for the Help Books wiki port. We had concerns that the automated process would break in places, and would need manual review.
It's beginning too look like that concern was excessive, and that this template was overkill. So... for now, at least, it's disabled (it does basically nothing now). If need be, it can be resurrected by reverting to the previous version using the template's History page.

Use this template for batch upload pages. The template should be removed from the batch uploaded page when someone has had the time to manually verify that the page is ok.
The motivation here is that batch upload creates too many pages for the uploader to consistently review manually. Manual review of all pages is a recommended activity here, but every time a problem is found it's possible that the fix introduced some unseen problem. And, after some number of iterations, fatigue sets in leading to the possibility of overlooking a significant issue.
